Introduction

The MachineMetrics Setup Report is a built-in Report Builder report that shows the total setup time versus expected setup time, grouped by machine, operation, and production run. The table contains color-coded records that clearly indicate setup operations that have exceeded their expected duration.

Accessing the Setup Report

The Setup Report, for all machines, can be accessed from the Reports Landing Page.

From the Reports Landing Page

To access the Setup Report from the Reports Landing page, do the following:

1. Click on Reports in the main navigation
2. Select the Setup report tile as shown

Customizing the Setup Report

The Setup Report as a built-in Report Builder report allows for additional flexibility on how you view setup reporting for your company. Simply change the 'Group By' selections to quickly view setup reporting from different viewpoints. When you're finished, you can save the customized setup report for easy access in the future.
