Getting Started

Live Data Column

The grid includes a Live Value column that streams real-time data from the machine. Use this to verify your mappings are working—for example, confirm that a Part Count field increments as expected. Unmapped items are labeled UNMAPPED.

Editing the Grid

Copy/Paste

Standard spreadsheet behavior:

• Copy (Ctrl/Cmd+C): Copies selected cells.
• Paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V): Pastes into selected cells.
• Multi-row paste: Paste can span multiple rows.

Toolbar Actions

Primary Toolbar

• Edit: Enter edit mode to modify mappings.
• Fullscreen: Expand the editor for focused work.
• Search & Sort: Filter by any column (except Live Value) or click headers to sort.

Secondary Toolbar (Edit Mode Only)

• Add Row: Insert a new data item.
• Import (CSV): Upload a CSV to bulk-apply mappings.
• Export (CSV): Download the current mapping to CSV.
• Reset: ⚠️ Deletes all keys and triggers a fresh automapping. Action is immediate upon confirmation.
• Save (Green Checkmark): Commits changes and creates a new version.
• Discard (Red X): Reverts all edits to the last saved state.

Version History

Every save creates a timestamped version.

Diff View

Select a previous version to see what changed:

• Green: Added items
• Red: Removed items
• Yellow: Modified values

Revert

Restore the mapping to any previous version with the “Revert” button.
