Mazak Part Counting

This guide only applies to Mazak controllers that are connected to MachineMetrics using MTConnect or Fusion Client. 

Counter - Position Screen

The part counter is displayed on the position screen. This needs to increment in order for MachineMetrics to count parts. 

EIA Programs

When programming in EIA or ISO, please use the following macro connect to increment the part counter.

#3901=#3901+1.

Mazatrol Programs

On the END line of the program, NUMBER is what enables the part counter, set this to 1.
