Overview
There is an application on the Mazak control called Fusion Client. It was developed by Mazak to output UDP packet information to their CyberMonitor Tower system on Windows based controls.
We can use this application to output packets to an Edge device. In Fusion Client you must specify where the packets will be transmitted (Edge IP address). The data is always transmitted on port 51001.
Applicable Machines
- Fusion 640 (the could require a 16-bit PCMCIA Buffalo card and expansion slot if not present)
- Matrix
- Nexus
- Preview 3
- Smooth
Note
The Preview G, Smooth G and Smart control will require MTConnect. Please contact Mazak to purchase MTConnect.
