In this article, we'll explain the basics of the Ethernet/IP configuration file and what makes it different from other integration protocols.

The first line within your OPC-UA Configuration Script should be indicating which version of Configuration Script you're using. To use a V2 config, enter the following.
Note: If there is no version set, version 1 will be assumed.
The next section of the Ethernet/IP config is the Tags section. In this block you'll be defining the input locations for the config to pull from.
After the tags section is complete, the standard variables and/or data-items section can be filled in like any other configuration file. For more information on data-items and conditions and variables.
