Introduction
The Health applications provide the ability to view and manage machine alarms, view incidents, create workflows for machine events, create and schedule triggers for preventative maintenance, and provide instructions for maintenance and repair tasks. This article provides an overview of each Health application. See the corresponding application article for detailed information on a Health application.
Topics covered in this article
Alarms
The Alarms application is used to view all alarms generated by the machines in the environment, as well as create workflows that allow you to track and respond to those alarms. The Alarms page opens when you hover over Health in the main navigation and select Alarms, and contains an application menu that allows you to access the other Health applications.
The following figure shows an example of the Alarms page. See the Alarms article for more information.
Accessing the Other Health Applications
From the Alarms page, click on the application menu link to access the other Health applications:
- Incidents: View all incidents that have occurred
- Workflows & Notifications: View and create workflows that can generate notifications or incidents based on the event triggers you specify.
Incidents
Incidents list all the incidents that have been generated by machines based on the Workflows that were created to trigger incidents because of machine events. The following figure shows the Incident Details page for an individual incident. See the Incidents article for more information.
Workflows
The Workflows application is used to create workflows that track specified machine events such as alarms, production, downtime, and generate incidents or send notifications based on specific event triggers. The following images show an example of the Workflows page and the Add New Workflow page. See the Workflows article for more information.
