MachineMetrics requires that the Work counter (or Part counter) on the machine to increment to understand that a part is complete, and for tracking performance goals.
When a program on a Matsuura runs across an M30, the part counter will increment and the program stops. However when running continuously, through a pallet system or a bar feeder, typically the M30 is ignored with an OpStop. In that case you should add an M31 at the end of the program which will increment the work counter without stopping the machine. This is the preferred approach.
If you cannot edit your post processor, then you may adjust settings on the FANUC control to increment the work counter on an M99, which returns to the beginning of the program. Consult your FANUC control's parameter manual for instructions.
